Our staff is available from the moment someone begins looking at a vacation rental until check-out. In order to foster an excellent relationship with the guest, we are in communication with them via email from the moment they book sending confirmations to a few days before their trip where we send check in instructions and a digital copy of the welcome book.
After their stay, we send a follow up mail thanking them for their stay and asking for feedback. This type of communication builds repeat bookings and a strong referral system.

All bookings are done online through our website or that of sites such as Air BnB & VRBO. Guests are able to view the inside of the house, view amenities, and distance to lake. We strive to make booking easy which creates a great start to our relationship with guests and begins to create the foundation for return visits.
A first impression in a rental is cleanliness. Our cleaning staff is exemplary. They clean after every guest and we do semi-annual deep cleans of the property. Your house will have a dedicated individual responsible for cleaning so they know the house and can keep an eye out for maintenance issues.
From the beginning of your house being part of Eufaula Lakeshore Rentals’ property management program , we will be monitoring the house. Each time it is cleaned our cleaning staff will checking to make sure nothing needs be fixed and we will be doing a deep maintenance check 2 times a year. While there is a maintenance fund, we will always email and call you to let you know what the issue is and cost to fix it. We have maintenance, contractors, painters, etc that we work with in the community but if you have individuals that you prefer we are glad to work with them!
Our staff is available to answer questions any time. We want to make sure that you have access to the information you need while your house is part of our property management program.
Each month our owners receive a statement detailing out financials including monies from rental, property management fees, and any maintenance items.
At any time, our owners can log into the owner portal of our software to download an financial statement or to check the month so far.
