Maintenance

From the beginning of your house being part of Eufaula Lakeshore Rentals’ property management program , we will be monitoring the house. Each time it is cleaned our cleaning staff will checking to make sure nothing needs be fixed and we will be doing a deep maintenance check 2 times a year.

While there is a maintenance fund, we will always email and call you to let you know what the issue is and cost to fix it. We have maintenance, contractors, painters, etc that we work with in the community but if you have individuals that you prefer we are glad to work with them!

Owner Support

Our staff is available to answer questions any time. We want to make sure that you have access to the information you need while your house is part of our property management program.

Each month our owners receive a statement detailing out financials including monies from rental, property management fees, and any maintenance items.

At any time, our owners can log into the owner portal of our software to download an financial statement or to check the month so far.
