We offer lots of parking for your boat and trailer and the home is a block from the waters edge. We are 5-7 minutes from Duchess Creek Marina and the Porum Landing Recreational area. The kitchen is spacious and allows for lots of room to move about while you and your guests are cooking and gathering together. The backyard has a covered patio, firepit, and a propane grill for you to enjoy.
You are blocks from the water, 5 minutes to the boat ramp, and just 20 minutes to downtown.
Please note that this home does have RING security cameras on the outside of the home.
Per owner- Please winterize before the first freeze. Shut water off on side of house. Drain all water out of faucets and turn off breaker for hot water heater. Water heater is electric.

This place is in a great place where nobody will be bugging you and you have privacy. There is water right by so you can go fishing. The house is very big with board games for the kids and you to play! Outstanding hospitality, quick responses.
