The marina and cove is 3 blocks from the home and features 2 restaurants, boat and golf cart rentals, and a spot to book wake board lessons. If you prefer to shop, downtown shopping is only a few blocks walk or less than a 5 minute drive. The main home features a spacious kitchen with everything that your family will need. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and 2 living areas that will accommodate you and your guests very comfortably. The guest house has 1 additional bedroom and bathroom, with a shower, it's own bar area, a game room with a pool table and plenty of comfortable seating. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 4 large couches that allow for sleeping. The large outdoor patio allows for hosting a cookout, playing cornhole, or just enjoying the outdoors and keeping the family entertained for hours.
